Atelier Kris is an independent studio based in London, where the maker Kris Rode, creates dreamy hand-crocheted bags using only natural & plant-based materials. Inspired from vintage and boho style, Kris aims to reinterpret the traditional style of bags into timeless pieces. With a vision to move away from mass production, time and care is taken with every piece.
Behind Atelier Kris there is only one maker - Kris Rode. Her background lies in the Art Industry where she worked for many years in art galleries and institutions across London. Atelier Kris was established in July 2020, during the global pandemic during which there was finally time for Kris to focus solely on her brand.
